1. Introduction

Builders Nova ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by ATTNS Innovation Labs Private Limited, provides a construction site management platform comprising a website and mobile applications (together, the "Platform"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Builders Nova is a business tool used by construction companies and their staff; accounts are created by an employer, not by members of the public.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, mobile number, email address and job role, provided by you or by your employer's administrator when your account is created.
• Mobile number for sign-in: we sign you in with a one-time code sent by SMS. Your number is the identifier for your account.
• Work records you create: daily and weekly site reports, material indents, purchase orders, stock movements, payments and the comments attached to them.
• Photos and documents: images and files you attach to reports, indents and site chat.
• Messages: site chat messages exchanged with colleagues on your team.
• Device information: device platform, app version and a push notification token, used to deliver alerts and to diagnose faults.
• Diagnostic logs: when a request fails, we record the request, the account that made it and the error, so problems can be investigated. Passwords, tokens and signed links are stripped before anything is written.

We do not collect your device location, and we do not collect or store payment card or bank details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create your account and sign you in
• To show your work to the colleagues and managers entitled to see it
• To route approvals to the right person and notify them
• To send push notifications about work awaiting your decision
• To keep an audit trail of who submitted and approved each record
• To diagnose faults and improve reliability
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who Your Data Is Shared With

• Your organisation: your employer's administrators and the colleagues whose role gives them access can see the records you create. Builders Nova is a workplace tool and your work is visible within your company.
• SMS provider: your mobile number is passed to our SMS gateway solely to deliver your sign-in code.
• Push notification service: device tokens are handled by Expo and by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver alerts.
• Legal: where we are required to disclose information by law.

Data belonging to one company is never visible to another. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Security

All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to records is restricted by role, and files are served through short-lived signed links rather than being publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active, and for as long as your employer requires the work records for their own business and legal purposes. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

7. Your Rights

• See and correct your name, email and mobile number in your profile
• Ask your organisation's administrator to update or remove your account
• Request deletion of your personal data by emailing attnsfieldservice@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number. We will respond within 30 days.
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time

Work records may be retained by your employer after your account is removed, where they form part of that company's own business records.

8. Permissions We Use

• Camera: to photograph site progress, materials and issues for attachment to reports. Used only when you choose to take a photo.
• Photos and media: to attach existing images and documents from your device to a report or message.
• Notifications: to alert you when work needs your approval or a colleague mentions you.

We do not request location, contacts, microphone or call permissions.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is a workplace tool intended for adults in employment. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised policy.
