1. Overview
Builders Nova is sold as a subscription by ATTNS Innovation Labs Private
Limited. This policy explains when a subscription can be cancelled and when
a refund is due. It applies to payments made directly to us through the
Service.
2. Free trial
Every new organisation gets a free trial before any payment is taken. We
recommend using it to confirm the Service suits your business — no charge
is made during the trial, and no refund is needed if you decide not to
continue.
3. When a refund is due

Duplicate or erroneous charge. Full refund. Tell us and we
will return it without argument.

Payment taken but the subscription was not activated. Full
refund, or we activate the plan — your choice.

Cancellation within 7 days of a first payment. Full refund,
provided the account has not been used substantially during that period.

Extended outage. If the Service is unavailable for more
than 72 consecutive hours for reasons within our control, you may request
a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
4. When a refund is not due

Part-used billing periods after the first 7 days. Access continues to the
end of the period you paid for.

Accounts suspended for breach of our
Terms of Service

Downtime caused by your own network, device or third-party services we do
not control.
- Requests made more than 90 days after the payment date.
5. Cancelling a subscription
An administrator can cancel from the Billing screen, or you can email us.
On cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the period already paid for
- No further charges are taken
- Any recurring payment mandate is stopped

6. How to request a refund
Email

with the subject "Refund Request", including:
- Your organisation name and registered mobile number
- The payment date and amount
- The reason for the request
7. Timeframes
- We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days

The amount reaches your account within 5–10 working days
of being initiated, depending on your bank
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
