Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Builders Nova (the "Service"), operated by ATTNS Innovation Labs Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The Service

Builders Nova is a construction site management platform providing daily and weekly site reporting, material indents, purchase orders, inventory tracking and team communication, available through our website and mobile applications.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator. Sign-in is by mobile number and a one-time code.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure.
• Tell us promptly at attnsfieldservice@gmail.com if you believe your account has been misused.
• Administrators may add, edit or remove users in their organisation, and may change the mobile number on an account where someone has lost access.

4. Subscription and billing

• The Service is sold on a subscription basis. Prices, billing period and any usage limits are shown on the subscription page before you pay.
• New organisations receive a free trial. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue creating records.
• Fees are payable in advance for each billing period and are quoted in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A subscription does not renew automatically unless you have explicitly set up a recurring mandate. Where one exists, you may cancel it at any time before the next charge.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to store unlawful content
• Attempt to access another organisation's data
• Probe, scan or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement
• Upload malware, or content infringing someone else's rights

6. Your data

The site reports, photographs, documents and records you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process them in order to provide the Service. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy . You may export or request deletion of your data as described there.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control may cause downtime. Where planned maintenance is likely to interrupt service, we will give notice where practicable.

8. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. Fees already paid for the current period are handled under our Refund Policy .
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, or for a material breach of these terms, after giving notice and a reasonable opportunity to put it right where the circumstances allow.
• After termination we retain your data for a reasonable period so it can be exported, then delete it.

9. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
